F5X Vibrating Feeder

is designed for super-heavy operation condition. It has 4.5G of strong vibration intensity and extremely firm chute body structure. With 1600TPH capacity, 1.5m maximum feeding particle size and 25~45 m³ standard capacity of bin, it is able to bear 80 m³ compartment pressure, which adapts to heavy compartment pressure, high load and heavy impact and other similar poor conditions during the primary feeding operation.

GF Vibrating Feeder

is the grizzly feeder driven by the vibrating motor. As an efficient primary feeder, it is specially designed for mobile crushing stations (also known as “mobile crushers), semi-fixed crushing lines and small stock ground (Usually, the capacity is below 250TPH and the available volume of material silo is below 30m3.) It is suitable to feed materials into jaw crushers, primary impact crushers and hammer crushers, etc.. Sometimes, it functions as a primary conveyor.

ZSW Vibrating Feeder

The ZSW Vibrating Feeder is the tool feeding the lump, granular and powdery materials from the warehouse or hopper into the material receiving equipment in a uniform and continuous manner or by certain amount. In crushing lines, this product can feed the materials in a continuous and uniform manner to the crushing machine and screen the materials primarily.

F5X Vibrating Feeder uses a motor to drive the eccentric shaft inside the vibrator. The shaft is connected by gears with another shaft juxtaposed to each other. When these two shafts rotate, there is the exciting force. The shaft is arranged in such a way that the resulting stroke slowly pushes materials from the feed end to the discharge end. At the same time, materials are sieved to make the particles more uniform. Typically, a bar screen is equipped at the discharge end of the F5X Vibrating Feeder. Through it, materials whose sizes are smaller than the spacing between two bars are screened out and the larger-sized materials are conveyed into the crusher.

GF Vibrating Feeder is mainly driven by vibrating motor, which can force materials to move slowly towards the discharge end under the action of vibration. During which, because of the gap between grizzly bars, various sizes of materials will be separated primarily so that the granularity can be more balanced. Generally, there is a bar grizzly at the discharge end of the feeder which can screen out materials finer than the gap between bars and send large materials into the crusher. The feeder is installed on the support which is equipped with the rubber spring to hold vibration of the feeder. Feeding refers to convey materials as required. By regulating exciting force of the vibrating motor, the feeding volume can be controlled. The lower layer of grizzly bars under the feeder can screen materials once more.

ZSW Vibrating Feeder is composed of a feed chute, a vibration exciter, spring supports and a transmission device. The vibration exciter, consisting of two eccentric shafts (driving shaft and driven shaft) and gear pair, vibrates the feed chute. Driven by the motor, the driving shaft works under the action of the triangular belt. Next, gears on the driving shaft rotates the driven shaft. So, the rotation direction of driven shaft shall be contrary to that of driving shaft. In the process, the chute vibrates to convey materials continuously.
